I help women build strength, improve confidence, and create a more sustainable approach to fitness. My coaching style is supportive, approachable, and focused on helping clients feel comfortable challenging themselves without pressure or extremes.
Sam is passionate about helping young women rediscover movement as something empowering—not something they have to earn or be punished by.
She understands the difficult transition many girls experience as they move from sports and carefree activity into adolescence and adulthood, where changing bodies, comparison, and unrealistic expectations can completely shift the way they view exercise.
Sam works with teens through women in their twenties to help them better understand their bodies, build confidence through strength training, and develop a healthier relationship with fitness. Her goal is to create an environment where women feel educated, supported, and capable—while learning that exercise can be a tool for strength, confidence, and self-respect.
