I specialize in helping individuals transition from rehabilitation back to the activities and routines that matter most to them. With certifications through USA Weightlifting (USAW Level 1), NASM, and Active Life Professional, my approach combines strength training and movement-focused coaching to help clients feel stronger and stay active in everyday life.

I’m passionate about bridging the gap between healthcare and fitness—whether that means getting back into the gym, minimizing pain, keeping up with grandchildren, or continuing to play the sports you love for longer. My goal is to help people build confidence in their bodies again through thoughtful, sustainable training. Above all, I strive to create an approachable environment where clients feel supported, understood, and capable of building lasting strength at their own pace.
